1. Product Authenticity & “Box-State”
- Factory Sealed: All laptops sold as “New” are guaranteed to be factory-sealed. If a customer requests pre-installation of software (Windows/Adobe/Drivers), the seal will be broken by a Nexpert technician only after full payment or a confirmed deposit.
- Open-Box/Refurbished: Any items labeled “Open-Box” or “Certified Refurbished” will include a detailed grading report (Grade A+, A, or B) and a specific battery-health percentage.
2. Pricing & Technical Specifications
- Spec Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy, Nexpert is not liable for minor manufacturer-led regional spec variations (e.g., keyboard layout variants like UK/US). Please confirm specific model numbers before purchase.
- Market Volatility: Due to the fluctuating costs of semiconductors and currency exchange rates in Pakistan, prices are subject to change without notice until an order is “Confirmed.”
3. Shipping & High-Value Insurance
- Nex-Shield Packaging: All laptops are shipped in double-walled, anti-static, shock-absorbent packaging.
- Transit Risk: All Nexpert shipments are fully insured. If a package arrives with visible crushing or tampering, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
- Verification: For high-end workstations (over Rs. 300,000), a physical ID verification or bank-transfer confirmation is required before dispatch.
4. Dead Pixel & Hardware Policy
- Industry Standard: In accordance with international ISO standards, a display is only considered “Defective” if it contains 3 or more dead pixels.
- Coil Whine: Minor “coil whine” (a high-pitched electronic noise) is a common characteristic of high-power GPUs and is not considered a manufacturing defect unless it affects performance.
5. Warranty Protocol
- Manufacturer Warranty: For “Local Warranty” units, claims must be directed to the official service centers (e.g., Dell/HP/Lenovo Pakistan).
- Nexpert Support: For “International Warranty” units, Nexpert provides a bridge service, assisting the customer in sending the unit to the origin country’s service center (shipping costs may apply).
- Voidance: Warranty is immediately void if the “Warranty Void if Tampered” sticker is damaged, or if there is evidence of liquid damage or unauthorized BIOS/Firmware flashing.
6. Software & Data Liability
Nexpert is not responsible for any data loss during repairs or hardware upgrades. We strongly advise all professional users to backup their data before handing over a machine for service.
7. Intellectual Property
“Nexpert” and its “Nex-Tech” branding are protected. Unauthorized use of our technical teardowns, product photography, or spec-comparison charts is prohibited.
