Refund & Return Policy

At Nexpert, we deal in precision instruments. Because professional laptops and workstations are high-value assets, our return process follows strict technical protocols to ensure hardware integrity for all our clients.

1. The “Nex-Seal” Standard

  • Factory-Sealed Units: If a product is returned with the original manufacturer’s seal intact, we offer a 7-day return/exchange window.
  • Broken Seals: Once the factory seal is broken or the anti-static bag is opened, the item is considered “Used.” A 15% Restocking Fee will apply to all “Change of Mind” returns where the seal has been tampered with but the device is functional.

2. Software Activation & Returns

  • Operating System Activation: If you have gone through the Windows/macOS “Out of Box Experience” (OOBE) and registered the device in your name or signed into a Microsoft/Apple ID, the laptop cannot be returned for a refund. It is now legally tied to your identity.
  • Software Sales: All digital licenses (Office 365, Antivirus, Adobe Creative Cloud) are Final Sale and non-refundable once the key is issued.

3. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your hardware fails to power on or shows a critical manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Notify the Nexpert Technical Desk immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Provide a video showing the serial number and the technical fault.
  3. Upon verification, Nexpert will provide a Priority Replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if:

  • The laptop shows signs of physical damage, scratches on the chassis, or liquid ingress.
  • The original “Warranty Void” stickers have been tampered with or removed.
  • The original box, power adapter, or internal manuals are missing or damaged.
  • The device has been modified (RAM/SSD upgrades) by a non-Nexpert technician.

5. Refund & Processing Timeline

  • Technical Inspection: All returned units must undergo a 48-hour hardware diagnostic at our Nexpert Lab to ensure no internal components have been swapped or damaged.
  • Payment Reversal: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer/Card) within 10–14 working days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued via Bank Transfer only.

6. Return Shipping

  • Safety Protocol: Laptops must be shipped back in their original double-box packaging. Nexpert is not responsible for transit damage during the return journey if the packaging is inadequate.
  • Costs: Shipping costs for warranty-related issues are shared; the customer pays for the return to Nexpert, and Nexpert pays for the shipping of the repaired/replacement unit back to the customer.
