1. How do I know the laptop is factory-sealed and not "re-packed"?

Authenticity is our core protocol. All “Brand New” units arrive with the original manufacturer’s tamper-evident seal intact. For further peace of mind, we encourage all customers to verify the Serial Number on the official manufacturer website (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple) upon delivery. If you find the warranty was activated more than 30 days prior to your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement.

2. What is your "Dead Pixel Policy"?

We follow the international ISO 9241-302 Class II standard. A display is technically considered defective if it has 3 or more bright/dark pixels. However, because we cater to creative professionals, we offer an optional “Nex-Check” service for a nominal fee. Our technicians will unbox the unit, run a 24-hour display stress test to ensure 0 dead pixels, and re-seal it with a Nexpert Certified sticker before dispatch.

3. Will upgrading my RAM or SSD void my warranty?

In most cases, no—provided the upgrade is performed correctly. Most modern professional laptops are designed with “Customer Replaceable Units” (CRUs). However, to ensure your warranty remains 100% valid, we recommend having our Certified Nex-Engineers perform the upgrade at the time of purchase. We use only high-performance components (like Kingston Fury or Samsung 990 Pros) and provide an official Nexpert invoice for the additional hardware, keeping your base manufacturer warranty secure.
